Top of the Tuesday morning to you beautiful people! Let's refocus as we come to the end of the month and make some notes about limiting beliefs... We've all had them/got them! How about jotting down 3 limiting beliefs that have stopped you from achieving greatness in any particular aspect of your life. Once you've noted those down let's look at flipping them on their head and manifest the exact opposite.
We all know how much coffee can affect our daily lives. For some of us it can make or break our day! And that's definitely not a place we want to be. At the end of the day it is a stimulant so your challenge this week is to cut coffee and caffeine for the week. Monitor how you feel and the effect that cutting it has on your moods, energy levels, and concentration.
I hope you have all found some rhythm with training over the past few weeks but if you haven't ask yourself why. Have you found a routine that works for you in regards to the sessions we offer? Come down on Thursday night at 7pm and give our new yoga teacher Taane a go. He is awesome. The class is a slow vinyasa with a yin stretch at the end. It's aimed at the boys but girls are more than welcome. I can't stress enough the benefits from doing a daily yoga practice.
