Our Calisthenics for Climbing session was a vibe. There are some key crossovers in these two amazing disciplines and we had a blast sharing calisthenics tools that climbers can use in their training. So many gems of wisdom shared by our Cali coaches @d_c_cordtz and @egoless_neeks and so much fun had by all.

We’ll teach you a basic dynamic warm up you can use to prime your joints before you climb and we’ll run through some key mobility drills that will help open you up for those challenging holds. We’ll also work on some progressive strength movements that you can keep chipping away at in your own training.

Improves Circulation: Elevating the legs helps blood flow back to the heart, which can reduce swelling and relieve tired legs and feet.

Reduces Stress and Anxiety: This position promotes relaxation and can help calm the nervous system.

Relieves Lower Back Pain: It can gently stretch the lower back and relieve tension in the spine.

Enhances Digestion: The gentle inversion can stimulate the digestive organs and improve digestion.

Can help with Sleep: The relaxing nature of the pose can help prepare the body for sleep.
